The standard of 'Limit of harmful substance of coatings in toys'(GB24613-2009) was released on Nov
15,2009 and will enter into enforce since Oct 1,2010.
This standard apply to all kinds of paint ,that is a fluid or solid paint which changes to a solid film when a thin layer is applied to toys, it set the requirement for the harmful substances maximum acceptable limit, testing methods, inspection rules, package marking. This standard will become the judgement criterion for the safety and environmental compliance of the paint used on toys, The restriction and acceptable limit of hazardous substances are as below table:
