French DGCCRF
In accordance with the former legislation of 1935/2004/EC, the French framework legislation on food contact materials is French Décret n º 92-631. After the implementation of EU 1935/2004/EC, in addition to full compliance with its statutory requirements, food contact materials also need meet French national requirements, namely French DGCCRF(General Directorate of Competition, Consumption and Fraud Repression) 2004-64.
DGCCRF 2004-64 announced in the form of information to specify the rule of product safety compliance by synthesizing specific instructions of materials and subdividing all kinds of specific provisions.
